Lake Zurich Open MRI opened for business in August of 2008, and is conveniently located on the southwest corner of Routes 12 and 22. The services offered include Open MRI with high-field image quality, MRA's and MRI Arthrograms. Our open scanner allows for a less confining experience for claustrophobic patients. Lake Zurich Open MRI features the Hitachi Altaire. This unit is a .7 tesla magnet strength and provides clinical studies that are equal to high-field closed systems. The combination of an open scanner with excellent image quality is the best choice for patients and referring physicians.
